You may submit one product at a time using this form. If you’d like to list more, simply click back on the link and fill it out until all products are completed. 

Please note: Each product is considered separate-Example-the E-book version and the print copy are separate. Each book counts as a separate product, even if part of a series (e.g. sequels, trilogies). Be sure to submit each title individually.

If your book hasn’t been released yet, go ahead and provide all the product details as usual. Just be sure to fill in the final question with your expected release date.
