Refund Policy

Digital Products (eBooks, Downloads)

All digital product sales are final.
Because files are delivered instantly, refunds cannot be issued once a download link is sent.

Physical Books

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Lost shipments (case-by-case review)

To request a refund or replacement, contact indiesandink@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Photos of damage may be required.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Formatting, Additional Tee designs, Cover Design & Coaching Services

Due to the custom and time-based nature of these services:

  • Deposits and completed services are non-refundable.

  • If the project has not yet begun, you may request a partial refund.

  • If work has started, refunds are not available, but revisions may be offered if included in your service package.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation of a service project before work begins.
Once work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
